Bedsplanet are confident that our prices are the lowest you’ll find for shopping online. Should you find a better price on the internet which satisfies the points below, we will match the price and refund the difference.

To qualify for the price promise:
1.The original item must be purchased from Bedsplanet .                                                     
2.Claims must be made within 24hours of the date of purchase.
3.The item is identical in every way and the same shipping method is used.
4.The online store selling at the lower price must have the item in stock and does not apply to second hand or re-sale items, nor goods bought at auction sites.
5.The guarantee refers to the total price of purchase, including Delivery, Vat and any other charges.
6.The item cannot be part of a special promotion or sale, or where customers are offered any membership or subscription discounts.

This ‘Price Promise’ does not apply to goods purchased on Buy Now Pay Next Year or outside the UK and all of the conditions above are subject to change without prior notice.

To notify us of a 'price promise' claim, email info@bedsplanet.co.uk. On all claims please include the name of the item and website link to the store where the lower priced item is found. We will notify you of your refund within 7 days of the claim.
